Reusable plastic crates delivered a week ahead for staff to pack their own desks, then collected after the move.
IT and comms care
Monitors, docks and servers are wrapped, boxed and delivered to the right desk or rack. We coordinate with your IT provider on cut-over.

Can you move our office outside business hours?
Yes — most of our commercial work happens on Friday nights and weekends so there is no lost trading or billable time.
Do you rebuild the workstations?
Yes. Desks, screens, pedestals and shelving are broken down, transported and rebuilt to the new floor plan, with fixings kept together per workstation.
Can you supply certificates of insurance?
Yes, for both the outgoing and incoming buildings. Send us the requirements and we will supply them at booking.
