Apartment Movers FAQs
Do you charge extra for stairs or a lift?
No. Stairs, lifts and long carries are covered by the hourly rate. Tell us about them up front so we send enough movers to keep the total hours down.
Can you move an apartment with no lift?
Yes. We regularly carry furniture up and down three or four flights. For heavy items we bring stair rollers and skid boards.
Do you provide insurance documents for the body corporate?
Yes — send us the building's requirements and we will email the certificate of currency before move day.
How long does an apartment move take?
A studio or one-bedroom usually takes 3–4 hours door to door. Two-bedroom apartments with lift access typically run 4–6 hours.
